Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

RAC Motoring Services has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Manager to join the FP&A team of Consumer Finance.
This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Planning & Reporting to embed a robust control environment and deliver consistent & timely consolidated reporting for the Consumer Division across month end, weekly trade updates and Budget & mid-year Forecast cycles.
You will support strong financial planning and analysis capabilities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business strategy and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a robust control environment and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including senior management and the Board.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and control environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
