ServiceNow Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at LA International. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and integrations with other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, and AngularJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years' experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and Application Developer certifications.
  • Additional specialist ServiceNow certifications or experience in areas such as Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, CMDB, CSDM, and AFT.
