As a Group Exercise Instructor, you'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality, engaging workouts that leave our members feeling inspired and motivated. With our bespoke in-house training programs and quarterly coaching education modules, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and enhance your teaching techniques.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of a current L2 or L3 CIMSPA qualified trainer
  • Responsibility to remain current and up-to-date with your qualification
  • Understanding of the importance of safety and ability to operate a safe class
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport and motivate
  • Ability to adapt classes to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities
  • Good time-keeping, trustworthiness, reliability, friendliness, and professionalism
  • Creativity in keeping classes fresh and alive, bringing elements of fun and energy
