New City College seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to contribute to our vibrant learning environment.

We are looking for an innovative and creative educator who is passionate about delivering engaging and challenging lessons in Psychology. The ideal candidate will possess a student-centered approach, fostering a stimulating and supportive classroom experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality A-Level Psychology curriculum to students.
  • Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach.
  • Maintain accurate student records and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
  • Bachelor's degree with a Psychology component is essential.
  • Experience in delivering A-Level Psychology would be advantageous but Early Career Teacher applications are encouraged.
