Twinings is a leading brand in wellbeing drinks, with a rich history spanning over 300 years. We are passionate about tea from bud to cup and have been working with some of our tea estates around the world since the early 18th Century.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for supporting the sales on the shop floor, enhancing the customers' shopping experience, and maintaining the store's historic charm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including our wide array of blends and single-origin teas.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards, including the upkeep of the mosaic floor and other historic features.
  • Masterclasses: Run engaging and informative masterclasses in our bespoke Tasting Room, showcasing our history and expertise in tea.
  • Event Planning: Facilitate and organize bespoke experiences, including the provision of materials, designing menus, and liaising with the broader Twinings team.
Requirements
  • Passion for Tea: A genuine passion for tea and wellbeing drinks, with a desire to share this knowledge with customers.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and understand individual customer needs.
  • Communication: Confident communication skills, with the ability to give advice and make decisions in unexpected situations.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and situations, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
