About the Role:

LTF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join a fantastic, inclusive SEMH school in Grantham. The successful candidate will work alongside the dedicated team of support staff to provide a supportive environment for students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students, and have a patient and understanding approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Support students in developing social and emotional skills
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
