Portfolio Payroll is seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and data
- Process payroll transactions and ensure timely payment to employees
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on payroll-related queries
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement payroll policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in payroll management
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Working Hours
Normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week from 8:45am to 5:00pm with an unpaid break.
