Job Description

Role: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at VINCI Energies. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initial negotiation to final testing, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with our clients in the food and beverage industry, as well as our internal design and management teams, to deliver complex control systems projects. Your expertise in PLC-based control system architecture, PLC, HMI and SCADA coding, machine safety, and integrated system safety will be essential in leading these projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting detailed technical proposals and quotations for bespoke control systems
  • Negotiating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Providing technical supervision of system design, build, and installation personnel
  • Preparing and presenting project reviews and evaluations to management
  • Working with other Project Managers to develop existing client relationships and identify future requirements

You will have a good to high level of software knowledge of and experience with:

  • PLC-based control system architecture
  • PLC, HMI and SCADA coding
  • Integrated system testing of application software and industrial hardware
  • On-site commissioning of industrial control systems

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has a proven track record of successful team leadership and management experience, including the ability to encourage team members to continue to improve their skill sets.
