Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care to service users, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of care provided, including observations, recordings, and reports.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
