We're on a mission to empower individuals to reach their full potential, and we're looking for a talented Health and Safety Apprentice to join our team. As a Health and Safety Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Group Health and Safety Manager in developing and implementing our Health and Safety Strategy, Governance, and Culture.

About the Role

The Health and Safety Apprentice will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking relevant H&S training and applying knowledge in practice
  • Working towards the Level 3 Technician in Safety, Health, and Environment qualification
  • Attending H&S meetings and committees, setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
  • Participating in accident/incident and near-miss investigations
  • Supporting the implementation of the H&S module on our CAFM Holistic business system
  • Creating audit reports and management information for the Exec H&S Committee and Risk Management Board
  • Supporting meetings with external providers of Occupational Health and EAP, and collating data into usable management information
