Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Efficiently manage deliveries, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Proactively promote and merchandise our products, including fresh bakery goods and non-food items.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a high-performing team.
