As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals at our service branch.
In this role, you will report directly to the Service Manager and be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on machinery distributed by our company within the designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve faults, executing necessary maintenance on agricultural machinery and related equipment.
- Utilize advanced software to identify and troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues.
- Complete repairs efficiently, whether they are chargeable, under warranty, or internal tasks.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained, including job cards, mileage logs, and time sheets.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Work independently on smaller tasks while also contributing to larger projects as part of a team.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a good level of physical fitness for the demands of the role.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to complete tasks promptly.
- Present a professional appearance, ensuring uniform and equipment are well-maintained.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Exhibit strong customer service skills in a client-facing environment.
- Hold a valid driving license with minimal points.
Additional Information:
Contract –
Permanent, full-time
Hours –
39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
1 hour unpaid lunch each day
Overtime compensated at 1.5x after 39 hours
Salary –
Competitive, based on experience, paid hourly, plus company vehicle
