Treasury Operations Lead/Cash and Liquidity Management Job Description

The Treasury Operations Lead/Manager is a key role responsible for managing the company's cash and liquidity. This position plays a critical part in financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily cash and liquidity management operations to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Develop and implement cash flow forecasting and liquidity management strategies to minimize financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies to maintain a strong financial position.
  • Collaborate with Accounting & Finance departments to streamline financial operations and improve financial reporting.
  • Participate in strategic financial planning to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.
  • Manage banking relationships and negotiate bank services and fees to optimize financial performance.
  • Support in the preparation of financial reports to provide accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements:
  • A solid foundation in Accounting & Finance with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Immediate availability with a proven track record in cash and liquidity management.
  • Adept knowledge of financial planning and risk management principles.
  • Experience in strategic planning for cash management and financial operations.
