Aquatic Coach Opportunity
Career Overview
Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare charity that aims to help people find more ways to be fit and healthy. We are currently seeking an experienced Aquatic Coach to join our team at our Crawley Fitness and Wellbeing Centre.
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and approachable individual with excellent communication skills to provide safe and effective swimming lessons for our customers. As an Aquatic Coach, you will be responsible for engaging, coaching, and inspiring members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes to members of all ages and abilities
- Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
- Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
- Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, together with a good track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. You will also need to have experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programmes.
