About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Field Engineer to join our team at Fibre Technologies. As a Security Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing all disciplines of security, including but not limited to Intruder, Access and CCTV, to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and fault finding of security systems
  • Providing 24/7 service to clients as part of the 'on call' team rota
  • Working with key technology partners to deliver 'best in class' solutions
  • Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to ensure seamless delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • UK Driving licence
  • Live within 30 miles of Crowthorne office (commutable from Slough, Reading and Guildford)
  • Willing to travel and occasionally work away from home
  • IT awareness

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the field of security engineering
  • Intruder alarm experience
  • IPAF Licence
  • Honeywell Access Control Experience
  • Lock installation Skills
  • Networking knowledge
  • Experience of using Honeywell Systems
  • CSCS ECS or equivalent
