As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our residential service.
This role involves fostering a welcoming and supportive environment while working alongside a dynamic team to assist a remarkable group of individuals.
In your position, you will help individuals gain greater independence in their daily routines, while also assisting the Manager with the operational supervision of the service. Responsibilities may include:
- Allocating shifts
- Coordinating training sessions
- Inducting new team members
- Providing supervision
- Managing medication orders
- Supporting individuals in managing their finances
Our Senior Support Workers are essential in delivering daily support, ensuring that the focus remains on the individuals we serve.

We value both experience and the right mindset in our Senior Support Workers.
