About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Electronic Warfare Engineer to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the physical integration and functional operation of RF Electronic Support/Attack payloads.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading multi-national Defence systems provider, boasting some of the most advanced facilities in their areas of expertise. You will have the chance to work on a range of projects, including system design engineering, supplier management, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF Electronic Support and Attack Systems, including platform integration and through-life support
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on RF and electronic systems, algorithm design, and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Integrated Air Defence Systems
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of hardware and services
  • Develop and maintain system design engineering skills, including requirements elicitation, decomposition, and management
  • Utilize SysML, DOORS, and/or Rhapsody to design and develop RF systems
  • Develop and use RF performance models to optimize system performance
  • Oversee the transition of development hardware into production, including environmental testing, qualification testing, and design certification
Requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of RF and electronic systems, algorithm design, and implementation
  • Experience in supplier management and system design engineering
  • Proficient in SysML, DOORS, and/or Rhapsody
  • Experience in development and use of RF performance models
  • Experience in overseeing the transition of development hardware into production
