Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role involves the upkeep and cleanliness of shared spaces within residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in communal areas including halls, staircases, landings, and reception zones.
- Operate as a mobile cleaner, equipped with all necessary tools and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with driving regulations, holding a valid manual driving license with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 7.40 hours per week.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.

Additional Information:
- A genuine permanent position will be offered following a short trial period.
