Project Controls Manager

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Controls Manager to manage the project controls team across the entire programme for a high-profile client across the UK as part of our Systems Integration team within our Digital Consulting business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Controls Manager with a proven track record in robust cost and schedule management to take on a complex programme of works for a high-profile client.

As a key member of the project leadership team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Cost and schedule reporting and management, ensuring you use your leadership skills to guide the team towards an effective and commercially astute delivery performance, month on month.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 12 Project Controls personnel, foreseeing, managing and mitigating against any risk, and ensuring the Client and Project leadership team are kept informed at all stages.

About the Team

Our Systems Integration (SI) team works with a variety of high-profile clients across the Energy sector, delivering bespoke essential automation and control solutions that enable a safer and more efficient operation.

We design and integrate operational technology to achieve business, production, and operational goals, enabling industry 4.0 through automation and data operationalisation with fit-for-purpose integration of hardware, software, and IIoT.
