We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HLTA to join our team at Five Education Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing general classroom support and leading maths interventions for our students.
Main Responsibilities- Work under the guidance of the manager to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom
- Support students during lessons to promote their academic and personal development
- Lead some Maths lessons when requested, utilizing your expertise to engage and motivate students
- Develop and implement maths interventions to support students who require additional support
- HLTA qualification
- Very good level of spoken and written English
- Strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment
- Strong Maths skills to deliver effective maths lessons and interventions
- Previous experience working with Key Stage 3 pupils to understand their needs and abilities
- Previous experience teaching Maths lessons to develop your skills and confidence
