About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Get Staff. As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for registering new candidates, filling temporary jobs for clients, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register new candidates and manage their profiles
  • Fulfill temporary job requirements for clients, ensuring timely and efficient placements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through regular communication and updates
  • Visit clients to discuss their recruitment needs and provide expert advice
  • Conduct candidate check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Spec out candidates to clients based on their specific requirements
  • Be available on-call to address client and candidate needs, compensated financially for this service
  • Utilize our CRM system to accurately and efficiently record bookings, calls, and temp registrations
  • Input information into our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records
  • Post vacancies across various job boards to attract top talent
Requirements
  • Passion for meeting and exceeding targets
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient use of IT and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to pick up the phone
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
