Your Role

As a Financial Planning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to our Financial Planners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Financial Planners and Investment Managers to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Coordinating with operational teams to support various activities, including transfers and data management.
  • Preparing meeting materials and client valuations as needed.
  • Assisting in the development of new business presentations and pitches.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems in accordance with company policies.
