We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Commis to join our team at Mauro Colagreco Restaurant in Raffles London at The OWO.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Commis, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, working closely with our Head Waiter and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.

  • Knowledge of menu and products
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
  • Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
  • Assist the wait staff with table setting and ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards
  • Inform restaurant staff about customers' feedback or requests
  • Commit to best possible sustainable practices daily in terms of waste management and purchasing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of menu and products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry
