Job Summary

The B1.3 Engineer is responsible for the maintenance of helicopters, working in a team of engineers and reporting to the Chief Engineer. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation regulations and the ability to work independently in a less controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with UK CAA and M.O.E. instructions for line and base maintenance.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed within the appropriate time scales to meet operational needs.
  • Participate in daily morning briefings with the Chief Engineer and report on maintenance situations.
  • Collaborate with NHV Supply Chain, Store & Support Services to ensure necessary maintenance materials and spare parts are available on site.
  • Perform daily problem analysis and problem-solving, briefing and debriefing pilots and the Chief Engineer.
Requirements
  • UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 License.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation and as a licensed engineer.
  • Engineering experience in different aviation companies is a plus.
