**Job Summary**
Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest standard, meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs and installations.
- Work on lighting systems, power distribution systems, motors, and pumps, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and other electrical systems.
- Provide effective communication and customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements:
- Ability to provide a clear enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- City and Guilds or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installations.
- 18th Edition certification.
- Experience working with BMS systems and power distribution systems.
- Clean driving license.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary up to £37,500.
- Monday to Friday working hours (8:30-16:30).
- On-call rota.
- Vehicle provided.
