**Job Summary**

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest standard, meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs and installations.
  • Work on lighting systems, power distribution systems, motors, and pumps, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and other electrical systems.
  • Provide effective communication and customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide a clear enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • City and Guilds or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installations.
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • Experience working with BMS systems and power distribution systems.
  • Clean driving license.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £37,500.
  • Monday to Friday working hours (8:30-16:30).
  • On-call rota.
  • Vehicle provided.
