We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at South Warwickshire GP Federation. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality medicines optimisation services to our patients and primary care teams.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert medicines advice and guidance to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement medicines optimisation strategies that improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert medicines advice and guidance to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals

- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality medicines services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of medicines policies and procedures
- Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on medicines optimisation and governance
