Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial aspects of our bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the Business Development team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand proposed solutions and model financial workbooks
  • Document pricing assumptions and communicate agendas and timeframes to ensure approval
  • Support the Business Development team with weekly investment meetings and strategy-setting
  • Update and improve sales workbook models and maintain knowledge of benchmarking prices
  • Produce final client-facing financial returns and contribute to improving costing and pricing efficiency
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience
  • Previous commercial finance roles and experience in a bidding environment
  • Strong influencer and excellent communicator with excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to navigate complex bids and translate tender information into compelling financial workbooks
