Job Title: Rebate Analyst

Job Summary:

Office Angels is seeking a skilled Rebate Analyst to join our team. As a Rebate Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling supplier data to ensure accurate payment of rebates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rebate Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of supplier data to identify areas for improvement and optimize rebate payments.
• Supplier Liaison: Work closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve claim resolution issues and ensure accurate payment of rebates.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Training and Development: Train and mentor junior team members on rebate analysis and reconciliation procedures.
• SQL Query Development: Develop and run complex SQL queries to aid in research and analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Access Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access is highly desirable.
