Stock and Trade Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock and Trade Assistant to join our team at Dunelm. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of stock accuracy, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing stock deliveries, including checking for damage and discrepancies.
  • Updating stock levels and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with stockroom organization and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure that stock is replenished and displayed effectively.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
