Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our successful team in Dorset. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of wills, probate, trusts, tax, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected Private Client team in Dorset. You will be based in our office in Shaftesbury or Sherbourne and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Private Client matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, tax, and LPAs
  • Provide expert advice to clients on Private Client matters
  • Work closely with other members of the Private Client team to deliver excellent client service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of PQE in Private Client law. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
