Our client, a leading recruitment agency, Sona Resourcing, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to assist the Marketing Manager in implementing the company's marketing strategy, with a strong focus on analysis, pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization, website updates, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design engaging content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and sales collateral
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop dashboards using Looker Studio
  • Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics 4
  • Support the implementation of event schedules
  • Contribute to the development and execution of intent-based account-based marketing strategies
  • Assist with the launch and rollout of new products
  • Work closely with the marketing team and company partners to create and execute joint campaigns
  • Support the development and update of the company's websites

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven experience in launching, monitoring, and improving digital campaigns
  • Expertise in Google Ads and analysis
