About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Catering Assistant to join our team at Chartwells - Universities. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving customers with a smile and ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalized experience
  • Being knowledgeable about the food service and helping customers with natural service
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Handling cash and operating the cash register
  • Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations
