About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team at Shift F5 - Technology Recruitment. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on electrical services installations, asset management, and operational engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and specify electrical services installations for high-end residential and commercial projects, including office fit-outs and plant/asset replacements.
- Conduct detailed surveys of electrical services installations and prepare technical reports on pre-acquisition, condition assessments, lifecycle analysis, capital expenditure, and plant/asset replacement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Electrical Services and Fire & Security Systems, including familiarity with relevant British Standards.
- Provide expert advice on design, operational/maintenance, and statutory compliance issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and contractors, and represent the company in project and site meetings.
- Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical services installations and asset management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, Word & Excel).
