About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of maintenance services to our clients in the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of maintenance services meets the required standards and is aligned with our company's objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance operatives to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor maintenance work and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve maintenance-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance operatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure maintenance vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Attend client meetings to discuss maintenance-related matters and provide updates on service delivery.
  • Identify and report any maintenance-related issues or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the social housing sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and maintenance operatives.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to various sites.
  • Relevant qualifications in maintenance or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance).
