Head of Entertainment

At Rank Group, we're looking for a talented individual to lead our entertainment team and deliver exceptional events across our 50+ locations in the UK.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in event and production management. As our Head of Entertainment, you'll be responsible for creating and owning the events plan for the year, ensuring a diverse range of regular events activity across our venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party events providers, negotiating terms and contracts to secure top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to maximize event revenue and deliver budgeted profit for Mecca Events.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between support office and operational teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event and production management, preferably with a focus on supporting third-party events.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles to effectively promote events.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and planning skills to drive team performance and deliver results.
  • Strong commercial acumen to produce senior stakeholder reporting and projections.
