We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lawyer to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE in Birmingham. As a key member of our risk and compliance team, you will work closely with experienced lawyers and compliance specialists to ensure firm-wide compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding risk-related issues
  • Assist senior staff with strategic and operational issues (e.g. root cause analysis investigations and transformational change projects)
  • Review firm-wide policies and procedures
  • Provide advice regarding client terms of engagement and bid proposals
  • Lead on matters relative to professional regulations
  • Support colleagues with claims handling
  • Address complaints relative to the internal complaint procedures

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills. If you are an ambitious, collaborative worker interested in contributing to the development of junior team members, we want to hear from you.
