About the Role:

As a Performance Management Lead at Scadea Software Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design and architect Appian solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Integration and Development: Build and maintain integrations with external systems, databases, and third-party applications using Appian Integration features.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in Appian applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Appian solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to deliver successful projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with Appian Integration features and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies.
