About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of the Frank Williams Academy. This role requires a determined, proactive, and energetic professional to represent the Spinal Injuries Association both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Academy team by monitoring and responding to inquiries from various sources.
  • Assist with the organization and facilitation of specialist education sessions, including booking, invoicing, and logistics.
  • Liaise with the health and care quality team to coordinate clinical availability and training course bookings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of Academy activities.
