Key Responsibilities- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's IT infrastructure, including firewalls, networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of Twinkl's IT systems.
- Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving IT issues promptly.
- Lead and support IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Strong experience in IT operations, including server administration, networking, and cloud services.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as virtualization technologies and cloud-based infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices for firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering IT projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
