Job Title: Legal Secretary - Conveyancing Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our law firm, with a focus on private client conveyancing and probate and wills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks, including preparing and filing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, including conveyancing and probate and wills.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Working collaboratively with the legal team to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of private client conveyancing and probate and wills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
