Shift Pattern: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some early starts required.

About the Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance tasks across multiple locations, providing essential support to our Facilities Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute planned maintenance tasks, including fire alarm tests and water temperature checks.
  • Conduct weekly store defrosting programs.
  • Perform minor repairs related to building fabric, plumbing, and joinery.
  • Carry out general maintenance and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all work complies with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A diverse skill set with practical experience in maintenance trades.
  • A proactive attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with tablets and common software applications.
  • A valid UK driver's license is essential for this mobile role.
  • Physical fitness is required for lifting and moving heavy items.
