Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Strategic Associate to work closely with our CEO on mission-critical projects. This role will involve assisting with the day-to-day activities associated with running a growing, private equity-backed business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a business from a position of real responsibility, with a strong ability to see the high-level picture and drive results.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in planning, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives. Previous experience in marketing-related projects is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in PPT, Excel, and other business tools. Multi-site healthcare or B2C experience is preferred, as is experience in entrepreneurial environments.

The role will report directly to the CEO and will have ample opportunities for growth and development within the organization. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO to shape the company's vision and identify key strategic priorities
  • Plan, coordinate, and drive end-to-end the implementation of strategic projects and initiatives
  • Aid and advise on M&A efforts
  • Support the wider management team in the day-to-day operations
  • Create systems and processes to streamline the company's operations
  • Contribute to building out the company's corporate team
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in start-ups, growth-stage companies, private equity-backed companies, or start-ups
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives
  • Previous experience in marketing-related projects highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in PPT, Excel, and other business tools
  • Multi-site healthcare or B2C experience preferred
