Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Procurement team in obtaining quotations, placing purchase orders, and resolving invoice queries
  • Coordinate supplier visits, meetings, and contract reviews, ensuring all paperwork is distributed promptly
  • Process Non-catalogue request forms and maintain the contracts database to ensure all contracts are validated and uploaded promptly
