This role is critical in crafting visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our games. You will work closely with UI/UX designers and engineers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing UI elements. Your responsibilities will include optimizing UI assets, implementing interactive features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop visually appealing and functional UI elements
  • Implement UI animations and effects to enhance user experience
  • Optimize UI assets for optimal performance across various platforms
  • Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in UI design and development

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in UI design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
  • Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
  • Experience with UI development in game engines, such as Unity or Unreal Engine
  • Knowledge of shader programming and visual effects for UI
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
