As a Building Surveyor with our client, you will be at the forefront of captivating projects spanning core sectors including: Residential, Educational, Commercial, Healthcare, and Community Development. Within this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of projects, with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an individual with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, coupled with a dedication to professional growth, demonstrated by your ongoing pursuit of a Chartered Building Surveyor (CBS) certification.

  • Assist Project Team Leader with Client liaison to include presentation of schemes, project programming and other matters affecting delivery of service.
  • Act as the Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent on a wide range of building types, utilising all standard forms of construction and assuming full responsibility for the following:
  • Visit site and carry out and issue inspections reports.
  • Carry out measured surveys of existing buildings or sites.
  • Prepare full working drawings sufficient for the construction of the project.
  • Submit applications for statutory approvals, including Planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Control Approval.
