Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced estates/asset professional, located in the Exeter area, and happy to travel occasionally across key UK sites. Travel to two other UK sites will be once a month and once every six months respectively, with the remainder spent in Exeter.

Ideal candidates will have the ability to manage lease events and lead on property advice internally. MRICS qualification is highly desirable.
