We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our vibrant bar team. As the Senior Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional cocktails, overseeing the bar area, and contributing to the overall success of our esteemed establishment. If you have a passion for mixology, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding beverage experiences, we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages, showcasing your expertise in mixology.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards, and maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Lead and inspire the bar team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute seasonal drink menus and promotions, driving sales and enhancing the guest experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain the freshness of ingredients, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure efficient bar workflows, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong mixology skills, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and attention to detail, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes, with a focus on minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
