Key responsibilities include developing, negotiating, and profitably underwriting new and existing business within your authority and in line with our strategy. You will also plan, prioritize, and manage your own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
In addition, you will use the appropriate method of communication to support our "right first time" approach and maintain successful internal and external relationships. You will also act on individual audit results and agreed action plans within agreed deadlines to improve your performance.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent. You should also be qualified Cert CII or have a commitment to work towards it within an agreed timescale.
If you are a motivated and organized individual with strong verbal communication skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
