Development Producer/Script Editor Role

Audible Limited (UK) - B14 is seeking a skilled Development Producer/Script Editor to join our Original Content team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production teams to create engaging and immersive audio experiences.
  • Provide editorial guidance and feedback on scripts and story development.
  • Manage the submissions process for scripted drama, including reading and analyzing submissions.
  • Identify future partners and commercial successes.
  • Work closely with the production team to give feedback on casting suggestions and listening notes on draft audio.

About the Role:

Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling, with a portfolio of original content that includes adaptations of existing work and brand-new IP.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about audio drama, has experience in script editing and/or story development, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for audio drama and experience in script editing and/or story development.
