We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to join our team at Staffordshire Police Force. As a key member of our Digital, Data and Technology Department, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical architecture of our organization.

• Lead the technical architecture team and provide strategic direction on the design and implementation of new IT solutions.
• Act as the technical design authority for new technology solutions and ensure a consistent approach to adopting new technologies.
• Drive innovation and encourage creative thinking and data-driven solutions across the team.
• Monitor and manage service levels and performance standards for the team.

You will have significant experience in designing and architecting technical solutions within a large complex organization, with a strong focus on ICT technologies and operational service delivery. You will be able to think strategically and translate user requirements into solution designs.
